trouble with avatar and trying to change email

cant change email adress dont remember old pass word. I cant change my avatar it wont let me pull a pic from my pics off of my computer to this web site. It wont tell me how big the image is so i dont know how big it is. but i need to change my email address to so when i get kicked off of here for trying to pull up a pic in someones garage i can get help.
